We should try to avoid changing the DOM directly and these helpers go against that.
They both just add two lines of code which we can just copy around if needed.

This is a common source for errors and we currently fall back to a relative path
which happens to work locally but not on the server.

It contains an ellipsis element and we only changed path and circle.

Just set the fill color for all SVG sub elements.

Fixes #4

And change the demo to the "happy" icon which contains paths and circles.

It references non-existing API URLs and keycloak clients.
To avoid confusion just remove it for now.

Use code splitting instead
