Footer customization for different applications

@987FCF504483CBC8, @0875B5BD3EDB66A5, currently our footer has static links we adapted for VPU/Apps/Signature#7. These links will also be shown in the Library app as soon as it updates the AppShell.

We need a way to customize the footer for different applications.

The contact link will be an issue, because IBIB is doing their support themselves.

We could provide a "contact" activity in each app (similar to the previous user profile) which gets displayed if it exists.

onContactClicked -> if (exists(contact-activity)) -> switchActivity(contact-activity)

Or have a contact (email) URL in the topic metadata json

This is now solved via slots
