All apps have been ported to use that package instead.

We were using the TU Graz one until now. Instead move
to something that matches DBP somewhat..

Only install the required dependencies for chromium/firefox and nothing more.
We get the rest via playwright.

this makes it easier to debug CI things locally

karma is looking for the chromium exedcutable, but the playwright one is still
called "chrome". I didn't noticed this because it would fall back to the debian install
chromium instance then.
