Maybe we can find a way to auto detect this, but for now default to german

So we have a consistent result and Excel is forced to use utf-8 for importing.

So we can easily change them and don't have to depend on datatables.

For some reason setting autoWidth and setting the table width to 100% makes it work.
Only on the demo page though and not in the app, but it's a start.

Instead infer that from the columns and defer the init of the table to when we actually set
the columns data.

There was a typo and some were not using the minified version.

Not sure why it fails, but ignoring the error makes it still work.

It doesn't work as long as there is no data it seems

I hope this prevents lit-html from replacing the DOM which datatables
changes.
