Add more content so it can be used to test scrolling and activity switching

Now that we have clearer separated sections in responsive mode the different
spacing stand out so unify them a bit.

Also in case the menu is in sticky mode it's kinda small and hard to hit via touch
so add some padding there and remove some margin from the headline instead to keep
the overall height the same.

No longer depend on env.js to select the right config but require it
to be passed explicitely in the attributes.

This way it can be used as a bundle without having to integrate it into
a build tool.

This is the base routing path, which usually is "/" anyway, so a good default.
