This way we can change the full path/namespacing at a later point.

It contains an ellipsis element and we only changed path and circle.

Just set the fill color for all SVG sub elements.

And change the demo to the "happy" icon which contains paths and circles.

We now only create one request per icon.

In case we get a html response because of our http fallback just return
the error icon instead.

So it works in chrome too

also provies a function for css content icons (a bit hacky as it uses masks)

This means less dom change on load
