This contains a subsetted version of OTF Source Sans Pro 2.x
(the only version that looks good on low DPI Windows with font-weight 300)

Since there is no package on npm for this and ideally we don't
want to copy around font files this makes it reusable.

locally yarn would fail because it can't expand the env var because it
is usually missing:

error An unexpected error occurred: "Failed to replace env in config: ${NPM_TOKEN}"

This reverts commit bcfc8d65.

This seems to only work on the body

In the non-mobile mode add a padding to the left if there is a scrollbar.
