We now need to register test services and the test API has slightly changes.
This is fallout from removing the keycloak code from the core bundle.

We want to get rid of them

In case the trait is used in a different class the return types don't match
and linters complain.

If we introduce interfaces we can do this again.

So it's compatible with other packages

This code previously lived in the core bundle.
