Docker Nextcloud development environment

We need:

• docker-compose config in docker folder
• apps/webapppassword in Nextcloud Docker container should point to .. (the app root) locally
• ideally the webapppassword is enabled by default
• Docker container user mapping to uid 1000, gid 1000
• update URL in https://gitlab.tugraz.at/VPU/Apps/Signature/-/blob/master/rollup.config.js#L50
