Linearity
Set the current using setpoint 2, measure the output currrent using a high accuracy multimeter. Use more samples at low currents to highlight the offset value. Use an automated script for setting the current and taking the measurement. Do all tests using a 3 A and a 1 A maximum current range LaserStation.
Test the following load components:
- 1 Ohm resistor
- Schottky diode
- Laser diode WSLX-880-002-M-H14-T-PD
- Laser diode ~ 4 V, max. 5 V
