The availibility of gitlab.tugraz.at is currently limited to some regions of the world (currently D-A-CH, USA, MX, NL, IE, CA, GB). Reason: we received a large number of requests in the last few days (presumably script controlled), which lead to the unavailability of the server. We working on it and make the service as soon as possible available again.
