dbp-location-select has wrong name

@BDF32E9143B2CD5B, @19320D286FE1E97C, is there a reason dbp-location-select called that way? As I see it it fetches /check_in_places, so it needs to be called dbp-check-in-place-select. Or have I overlooked something?

Cloud you please refactor the whole component, including folder (check-in-place-select) and class names (CheckInPlaceSelect). 😁
