Coordinates: beam position vs. stage position

Georg, Werner and me discussed the coordinate system, which is used in the tool. It would be nice to choose, if we want to use the coordinates of the holder or the specimen.

Could you please insert options in Scene -> Simulation -> Properties: Option 1: "Checkbox" stage position (= holder movement) Option 2: "Checkbox" beam position (= specimen movement, as shown at the microscope)

If option 1 is chosen: nothing needs to be done. If option 2 is chosen: x and y and alpha and beta position of the holder-container need to be multiplied by -1.
